{"id":1342,"date":"2026-07-06T22:05:37","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T17:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sadaesach.com\/en\/?p=1342"},"modified":"2026-07-06T22:05:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T17:05:38","slug":"kp-govt-receives-rs-34-88-trillion-in-federal-funds-over-past-five-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sadaesach.com\/en\/kp-govt-receives-rs-34-88-trillion-in-federal-funds-over-past-five-years\/","title":{"rendered":"KP Govt receives Rs 34.88 trillion in federal funds over past five years"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received more than Rs 34.88 trillion in federal funds over the past five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The official documents presented in the provincial assembly here on Monday revealed that between 2021 and 2025, the federal government transferred the funds to the province under the National Finance Commission (NFC) Award and allocation against War on Terror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the five-year period, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa received Rs 31.14 trillion under the NFC Award, while Rs 3.74 trillion was released under head against War on Terror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the official records, the province received its highest annual allocation in the 2024-25 fiscal year, when the federal government transferred a total of Rs 10.47 trillion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of this amount, Rs 9.35 trillion was disbursed under the NFC Award, while Rs 1.12 trillion was provided under allocation against War on Terror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khyber Pakhtunkhwa\u2019s total share in federal funds over the five-year period amounted to Rs 36.48 trillion, of which more than Rs 34.88 trillion was transferred to the province.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received more than Rs 34.88 trillion in federal funds over the past five years.
